HCA (Hospitality Consultant Association) sprung out of the strong belief of individual members in the growing need for a solid foundation, a structure and an ethical binding to the Lebanese Hospitality industry in general and to Hospitality Consulting in particular. The diversified problems and loopholes regularly confronted in the field and the necessity for market intelligence pushed the founders to gather their efforts into creating guidelines and redefining the ethical boundaries of Hospitality Consulting as to satisfy an obvious growing demand while protecting the industry. HCA is a non-profit and non-governmental organization with no political affiliation.
All HCA –founding and subsequent- members have expertise and experience in different areas of specialty in or/and related to the field, mainly within the MENA region. Also members have been repeatedly exposed within the scope of their work to projects in Europe, South East Asia and Africa thus strengthening and stretching their core expertise to a more comprehensive level. Their extensive know-how deals with diversified property types linked to the industry including hotels, boutique hotels, serviced apartments, restaurants, health clubs, SPA, resorts, beach clubs, mixed used developments, convention centers etc.
